Tourist tax to be paid on the spot from 15/05 to 15/09: € 0,60 per day per adult. Children under 14 free.

The appartaments can be occupied until the authorized number: in any case, children 0/2 years old, with an own cradle, are included as settled people.
Compulsory supplements (to pay at arrival on site):
Final cleaning: € 30,00 monolocale, € 35,00 bilo4, € 40,00 bilo B5, trilo 4, trilo 6 (excepting kitchen corner with an additional charge of € 40,00 if it not done by guest).
Optional supplements (to pay at arrival on site): bed and bath linen € 5,00 for person to change; unavailable kitchen linen. Repayable guarantee € 100,00 to pay on site.

PRICES INCLUDE: electricity, water, gas, use of swimming pools, children's playground, TV-SAT, SKY services, air-conditioning, barbecue, Wi-fi and parking within the resort.
SERVICES TO BE PAID FOR LOCALLY: optional beach service, bar, restaurant, mini-market / wine shop, pizzeria, games room, laundry service. Pets: small dogs on leads with full vaccination certificates, € 35,00 compulsory charge for final disinfestation charge.
RUELS AND REGULATIONS
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 30%; balance payable in full on arrival. Cancellations: providing notification of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the due date of arrival, the client will forfeit only 30% of the deposit paid, otherwise 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. In case of late arrival or early departure, whatever the reason, no refund is payable. Complaints, breakages and equipment breakdown must be reported within 48 hours D.l. 22/5/99 N° 185.
1. Access to the resort is reserved exclusively for paying guests. One-hour visits from family and friends are exceptionally permitted only by express arrangement with the management and visitors must leave an ID document with the management for the duration of their visit. If the hour-long visit is prolonged (valid up to midnight) then a charge of € 5,00 per person will become payable plus € 5,00 car parking fee, providing of course there is car parking space in the guests parking area.
2. LAccommodation is available to guest from 16:00 on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Arrivals: 16:00 - 20:00.
3. The booking dates on the reservation are the first Saturday of arrival and the Saturday of departure.
4. In case of late arrival, the accommodation will be kept available until 10:00 of the day following the due date of arrival, unless otherwise notified.
5. The cost of the booking must be paid in full, even in the case of late arrival or early departure.
6. Small pets welcome.
7. It is an offence for the accommodation to be occupied by more than the maximum number of guests (including children of any age) stated at the time of booking. Infringements are punishable by law: Art. 13 Law No 1926 dd 24.11.39.
8. Refuse must not be left anywhere within the resort. Guests are kindly requested to place sealed sacks of refuse in the bins provided during the hours between 19:00 and 24:00.
9. Loud noise and disturbances are not permitted especially during the hours between 14:00 and 16:00.
10. Use of the games room and children's playground are not permitted during the hours between 14:00 - 16:00 and 24:00 - 09:00.
11. It is not permitted to drive Motor vehicles within the resort. Cars may only be driven to accommodation for the purposes of unloading and loading at arrival and departure.
12. Do not damage the gardens.
13. Do not throw sanitary towels, plastic bags or any bulky objects into the toilets as these may block the sewage system and cause costly damage.
14. Any breakages or breakdowns in the accommodation must be notified and the management will provide replacements or repairs charging the cost to the client if the client is responsible.
15. Entrance into the resort constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by the resort rules and regulations. Staff are authorised to enforce said rules and regulations and to report infringements to the management.
Rules and regulations are conditional upon the personal freedom of the individual however they impose justifiable restraints in the interests of the whole community. Therefore we rely entirely on the co-operation of our guests to help us maintain a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere within our resort. We thank our guests in anticipation of their support in this respect and wish them a very happy holiday.
