During the winter the owners of the resort produce olive oil, wine, cheese and more other local products that can be bought. In the residence there is a "trattoria" where guests can taste all the local products and more they can look at the chef while preparing those products. In the residence there is also a gym, two swimming pool one for adults and the other for children, playing park. Guests can also make a trip in mountain bike or for less dynamic people there is the bowls field. Car park and the bikes are close to the apartments.
